If you are staff of a business
Your login was created by your business owner. Ask your owner to deactivate your login in Tools / Setup → Staff & Permissions, or ask us directly using the steps below.
If you are a business owner (or want your data deleted)
- Send a WhatsApp message or call +91 99999 07397, or email [email protected].
- Write: "Delete my ANANDA ERP account", with your business name and the phone number / user ID you log in with.
- We confirm it is really you (a call back to the registered phone number).
- If you want to keep your records, first download a backup from Backup / Export in the software.
- We delete the account within 30 days and confirm on WhatsApp or email.
What gets deleted
- Your login (name, phone / user ID, email, password).
- For a business account: all its records — products, stock, bills, purchases, payments, customers, suppliers, staff and photos.
What may be kept
Records that Indian law requires us to keep (for example our own GST invoices to you) are kept for the legally required period, then deleted. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Unused free trials are deleted automatically 30 days after the trial ends.
