- Payment ke baad account chalu — 7 din ke andar, aksar usi din.
Poori policy neeche English mein hai; kisi bhi farak mein English text maana jayega.
1. What is delivered
ANANDA ERP is a software service used online through a web browser at ananda360.com and the ANANDA ERP Android app. No physical goods are shipped. Hardware (computers, barcode scanners, printers) is not sold by us.
2. How and when
- Free trial: active immediately after sign-up.
- Paid plans, licence and AMC: after payment is received, we activate the plan on your account and confirm on WhatsApp or email — usually the same working day, and at most within 7 days. If it is not activated within 7 days, you get a full refund (see Refund & Cancellation).
- Data migration (moving your old data in): the time depends on the size and condition of your data; we confirm the expected days before starting.
3. Delivery address
Delivery is to the login (phone number / user ID / email) registered on your account. Your GST tax invoice is sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.
