Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Ananda 360 Technologies (GSTIN 07FFJPD4073M1Z4) for ANANDA ERP plans, licences, instalments and AMC.

1. Try before you pay

Every visitor can open a free private demo, and every new business can use a free trial with its own data before paying (currently 15 days). Because of this, we ask you to decide before paying.

2. When payments are refunded

Once a paid plan, licence instalment or AMC is activated on your account, the payment is not refundable, including for unused days of a period. We give a full refund only in these cases:

Duplicate or wrong payment — you were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not agree to.
Not activated — we did not activate the plan you paid for within 7 days of receiving the payment.

Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 99999 07397 with the payment date, amount and reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancelling

Yearly and 3-year plans: you can cancel any time. The plan will not be renewed, and you keep full use until the end of the period already paid. There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining days.
If you do not renew, the account becomes view-only 30 days after the due date (see our Terms); you can still export all your data.
Licence in instalments: you may stop paying further instalments; instalments already paid are not refunded, and the account follows the same late-payment rule (view-only after 30 days, with export available).
AMC: if you do not renew AMC, the account becomes view-only 30 days after the due date; you can still export all your data.

Whenever you leave, you can export your data first and then ask us to delete it — see Delete account.

4. GST on refunds

Where a refund is made, the GST charged on it is also refunded, and we issue a GST credit note.
