Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Ananda 360 Technologies, a proprietorship firm (Proprietor: Daksha Dhir), GSTIN 07FFJPD4073M1Z4, House No. 308-C, Street No. 9, Block C, Majlis Park, New Delhi 110033 ("ANANDA", "we", "us") and the business or person that uses ANANDA ERP ("you"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a plan or using the software, you accept these terms. If you use ANANDA ERP for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business.

1. The service

ANANDA ERP is cloud software for running a business — billing and POS, stock, purchases, customers and suppliers, accounts, staff, GST invoices and reports, analytics and the Sarathi AI assistant — used through a web browser and the ANANDA ERP Android app. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page at the time you buy. The software is hosted by us; you do not install or host it yourself.

2. Accounts and logins

• Give correct details when you sign up, and keep passwords secret. You are responsible for what is done with logins you create for your staff.
• The account owner decides which staff logins exist and what they can see. Tell us at once if you think a login has been misused.
• One trial per mobile number. We may refuse or close accounts created with false details or to misuse the trial.

3. Free trial and demo

• The "Try now" demo is a temporary private copy of sample data, deleted after about 3 hours.
• The free trial lets you use the software with your own data for the number of days shown at sign-up (currently 15), without payment.
• When the trial ends without a plan, the account becomes view-only (login, viewing and export still work). If no plan is taken, the trial business and all its data are deleted 30 days after the trial ended.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are as shown on the pricing page when you buy, and are exclusive of GST at 18%. We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
• Yearly subscriptions (Udaan, Shikhar, Samrajya) are paid in advance for one year, or for three years together at the lower 3-year price. The subscription covers hosting on our servers, backups, support and all new updates for the period paid; there is no separate AMC. There is no monthly plan.
• Lifetime licence: a one-time fee for the right to use the plan you bought for your business, for as long as AMC is kept active. The licence may be paid in three instalments (40% / 30% / 30%) without interest; the licence is complete when all instalments are paid.
• AMC (annual maintenance) for a licence is 5% of the licence price per year, from the second year. AMC covers hosting on our servers, backups, support and all new updates.
• Each plan's shop and staff-login limits are as shown on the pricing page. Sarathi AI answers have a monthly limit per plan, shown inside the software.
• Data migration: we move your old data (parties, stock, opening balances) in free of charge with any plan.
• Businesses that paid under an earlier monthly or quarterly arrangement keep those terms until that arrangement ends.
• Any custom work is charged as agreed in writing.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice. A price already paid for a current period does not change.

5. Late payment

If a subscription renewal, licence instalment or AMC payment is not received within 30 days of its due date, the account becomes view-only: you can still log in, see your records and export all your data, but new entries are paused. Full use returns as soon as the payment is received. If an account stays unpaid for a long period, we will contact you before taking any further step, and you will always be able to take an export of your data first.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop a subscription at any time; it will not be renewed and you keep full use until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Your data

• You own your data. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can export your data at any time from Backup / Export. When you leave, we delete your data on request (see Delete account), except records the law requires us to keep.
• You are responsible for having the right to enter the details of your customers, suppliers and staff, and for the correctness of what you enter.

8. GST, tax and accounts

ANANDA ERP helps you prepare GST invoices, returns data (such as GSTR-1 files) and reports. The rates, HSN codes, place of supply and other tax settings used are the ones you or your staff choose. Correct tax compliance — filing returns, paying tax, e-way bills and e-invoices where required — remains your responsibility. Please check tax settings with your Chartered Accountant. ANANDA ERP does not give tax or legal advice.

9. Sarathi AI

Sarathi answers questions using reports from your own data. Numbers in its cards and charts come from those reports, but its written explanation is produced by an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. Check important figures in the relevant report before acting on them. Monthly question limits depend on your plan.

10. Acceptable use

You will not: use the software for anything unlawful; enter data you have no right to use; try to access another business’s data or our systems without permission; disrupt, overload, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software; or use it to send spam. We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep ANANDA ERP available at all times and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance is done at low-use hours where possible. The POS keeps billing offline during internet outages and syncs later. Support is given on WhatsApp, phone and email.

12. Our intellectual property

The software, design, logo and content of ANANDA ERP belong to Ananda 360 Technologies. Your plan gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own business during your plan; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or business), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

14. Ending the agreement

You may stop using ANANDA ERP at any time. We may end or suspend the service for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment as in section 5. Before data is deleted after the end of service, you will have the chance to export it.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you. If that fails, the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
